You agree to the following terms of service when you purchase treatments, products or pre-paid cards within Pro Medical Aesthetics NZ
No refund is offered for treatments, products, or pre-paid cards; however, we can offer an in-store credit for an alternative treatment.
There are no returns on open products.
Pre-paid treatments have a two year expiry from the date of purchase.
We request at least 24 hours' notice for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other customers and manage our schedule effectively. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 24 hours or do not attend the appointment, the treatment may be forfeited.
Treatment consent forms are mandatory, and must be filled out before any treatment commences.
Deposits that go towards treatments or products are non-refundable. Refunds will be provided where required under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
