When can I get my first treatment?
Wrinkle Reduction Membership: You can receive the first treatment 12 weeks after you sign up for the membership and it has been paid out weekly.
Personalized Pro Membership: You can receive the first treatment after you sign up for the membership and the #1 treatment within your plan has been paid for over the period discussed and confirmed with your clinic that best matches your ideal treatment spacing + preferred direct debit cycle - redeeming the treatments within your personalised plan as the accumulated weekly payments become fully paid redeemable treatments.
I am due for treatment now but I would like to join the membership/payment plan system?
You are more than welcome to pay for your treatment now (upfront payment, or utilising Afterpay) and then start your membership fee weekly for your next treatment.
Can I choose what day the payment comes out?
The fee automatically comes out 7 days after you sign up for the membership. If you prefer a specific day, then this can easily be adjusted by one of our friendly staff - please send us an email or come in the clinic to talk about our Personalized pro membership plan if you would like to combine treatments.
Can I choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly?
Our membership/payment plan options are automatically set up for weekly payments. However, if you prefer fortnightly or monthly payments, it can easily be adjusted by one of our friendly staff - please send us an email or come in the clinic for membership personalisation.
I am going overseas for an extended period when I will be due to redeem my next treatment can I delay my treatment?
Yes, we can easily adjust the time frame of receiving the treatments, , for example with anti wrinkle treatments you can receive the treatment 4 monthly instead of 3 monthly? Please send us an email or visit us in - clinic so we can assist you.
